I also would like to apologize if I didn't make a full guide or missed some important things that should be in this FAQ. I'd like to mention here that I didn't make any guide or information for the Side Car (Co-op) & Side Car (Versus) under the Multiplayer menu because the co-op mode, you can find the courses in the Jailbreak mode while the versus mode, the courses you can find in the mode Skull To Skull, so both of them are not necessary.
I provided some information that may not really be helpful but I think it can still be added for your own knowledge. I hope I've really done a great job that can help you find some answers you've wondered a long time. I've done a new section in the 'List Of Motorcycles' part under.
